Rules this archive follows
- Verbatim only. Complaints and company responses are quoted exactly as their authors wrote them, including spelling and punctuation. Nothing is corrected, condensed or paraphrased. Where a quotation is an excerpt, it is marked as one.
- The company's replies are always included. Where Kinnickinnic Bees has answered a complaint publicly, its answer is published in full alongside the complaint — including the replies in which the company gives a satisfactory account of itself.
- Favourable evidence is included too. The company's A rating with the BBB, the reviewer who withdrew his complaint, and the cases in which the company issued a refund or answered promptly all appear here.
- Public sources only. Nothing private, leaked, confidential or anonymous is published. Personal contact details are omitted even where they appear in the original.
- Attributed and preserved. Every quotation names its source, and source pages are preserved through the Internet Archive so that citations remain verifiable if an original is later edited or removed.
- No commentary in our own voice about the facts. This site does not characterise the company beyond what the quoted material says. It sells nothing, carries no advertising, and accepts no compensation from anyone.

Dates
Google displays review dates relatively ("a month ago", "two years ago") rather than absolutely. Those relative descriptions are reproduced as displayed, measured from the collection date of July 2026, rather than converted into specific dates that the source does not state. BBB complaint dates are exact because the BBB publishes them exactly.
Corrections
If any quotation here is inaccurate to its original source, it will be corrected or removed on verification. That applies equally to material quoted from customers and to material quoted from the company.
